Auction Items for 2023 Reunion

The following items have been donated by your fellow 1/1 brothers to help finance future reunions and preserve the history and sacrifice that all of us share.

Some of the items obviously can not be brought to the DeSoto Hotel, and for that reason, will be shipped to the winning bidders.

VORTEX STRIKE EAGLE

Start with excellent edge-to-edge sharpness, and add a first focal plane (FFP) illuminated reticle for fast reads at any magnification and lighting situation. Add in our RevStop Zero System for a hard return to zero, and locking turrets for fast, stay-put adjustments. Build it around a 34mm tube that accommodates massive amounts of elevation and windage travel, and a throw lever for rapid magnification changes, and you've got a long-distance impact machine that'll have you wondering how you ever shot without it.

Hawaiian Style Marine Corps Shirt

Size XL

Never worn

Donated in memory of Everett Cole.

Everett was tragically killed Sept 1, 2023 in a car crash. He is no longer in pain after 54 years of suffering horribly. He disliked funerals, so he is not having one. Eventually, I plan to take some of his ashes to a National cemetery, but for now we are celebrating the Adventures of Everett Cole on Oct 7 with folks sharing their stories. We are wearing Hawaiian shirts or Marine items, including my offering 1 of his hats if folks don’t have any. He is happy, whole and pain free with his Lord and we are happy for him. Just sad for ourselves as he brought such joy and encouragement to all who knew him. I hope his shirt does well at the Auction! I am giving all his shirts to folks to wear at his celebration.
